How to add or attach an email signature within emails in gmail ?For those who don't know, an email signature is a block of text appended to the end of an email message often containing the sender's name, address, phone number, disclaimer or other contact information. Email signatures are very useful if you are a blogger or own a website, just add your blog or website's address and this really can bring some good, genuine and loyal traffic to your site.

How to add or attach an email signature within emails in gmail ?

1) Go to Gmail ; sign in with your gmail id.

2) Now go to the settings tab , and search for signature (use Ctrl + F to make the search fast)

3) Now when the signature is found, just select the button in front of the textbox in front of signature instead of No Signature (default) as shown below.

4) In the textbox write your email signature that you want to append at the end of every outgoing email from your gmail account as shown in the screenshot below :

You can type text or links in the textbox as your signature. For bloggers I would suggest to attach a link to their blogs so as to fetch more traffic to their blogs. You can also attach a link to your social media profiles such as twitter, facebook, myspace, orkut, youtube, etc and even a link to your RSS feeds.
